EBP Society's 2022 IMPACT! Award Recipient Announced
Every year the EBP Society's Evidence Based "IMPACT! Award" is given to an agency for outstanding achievement in the area of evidence-based initiatives designed to build staff capacity for assistively and collaboratively helping customers succeed. The award emphasizes implementation success.
For this year our winner exhibited tremendous courage and perseverance for adapting evidence-based approaches to tribal values and norms in the face of debilitating COVID-19 challenges. It is an honor to announce Pascua Yaqui Health & Social Services Division has been selected winner of the 2022 Evidence-Based "IMPACT! Award" for Outstanding Achievement in Evidence-Based excellence.

It is an honor to announce Pascua Yaqui Health & Social Services Division has been selected winner of the 2022 Evidence-Based "IMPACT! Award" for Outstanding Achievement in Evidence-Based Human Services excellence.
We have witnessed how over the years the Pascua Yaqui Health & Social Services Division made a commitment to evidence-based approaches with a focus on accounting for, and incorporating tribal values, practices and norms. We are aware of how your leadership team trained on evidence-based organizational (EBO) frameworks, and worked tirelessly to adapt it to your tribal continuous quality improvement process. While COVID-19 was challenging for all, your department recognized the significant challenges faced by citizens of the tribe who depend on it and prioritized their needs. You pressed on safely and recovered in record time by adapting to rapidly evolving COVID-19 conditions. BRAVO!
The Evidence-Based "IMPACT! Award" emphasizes adherence to EBO principles, strategic planning and tactical implementation success recipients demonstrate by working as a team to deliver services which citizens need. The PASCUA YAQUI Health & Social Services Division is an excellent example.
